This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Design and develop cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions that address genuine business challenges for clients.
• Implement and enhance RAG systems for production scenarios.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Assist in presales activities: including discovery calls, crafting technical proposals, scoping, and conducting client-facing demonstrations.
• Take ownership of the technical direction for client engagements from initial discovery to final delivery, becoming the primary authority for both clients and internal teams.
• Write clean, production-ready Python code for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows utilizing modern orchestration and distributed computing tools.
• Deploy machine learning and LLM-based solutions effectively.
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, model monitoring, and experiment tracking.
• Lead architecture reviews, create technical design documentation, and contribute to established standards.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and disseminate knowledge throughout the team.
• 7+ years of experience in building and managing production systems, not limited to demos and proofs of concept.
• Hands-on expertise in creating production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML components into comprehensive solutions.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing RAG systems.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques along with quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in live production settings.
• Proficiency in Python, including OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
• Capability to make and justify architectural trade-off decisions.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with AWS (Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar); GCP experience is acceptable.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices relevant to ML and AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with model monitoring, observability, and drift detection.
