Solution Engineer, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Works in collaboration with sales and solution consultants to gain insight into customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.

• Specifies the necessary configurations for customized demo flows that represent real-world scenarios pertinent to the customer's industry and requirements.

• Establishes personalized demo instances using low-code/no-code tools, such as customizing the user interface, business processes, and analytics to meet the customer's specifications based on detailed configurations.

• Ensures that demo data, automation, and UI elements deliver a realistic user experience.

• Develops reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to facilitate future presentations.

• Assists in setting up and configuring Proof of Concept (PoC) environments where customers can evaluate the product.

• Guarantees that the PoC aligns with the customer's success criteria and technical specifications.

• Offers technical insights for requests for proposals (RFPs) and customer questionnaires.

• Collaborates with product and solution consultancy teams to enhance demo capabilities and address customer issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Over 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Presales Engineer, Junior Business Analyst, Customer Support Specialist, or Business Development Representative, with a desire to grow in a more technical domain.

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Strong self-organization and planning skills.

• Familiarity with BPMN is a plus.

• Prior experience with systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, and workflow systems is preferred.
