Solution Engineer, Portuguese Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate thorough consultations with clients to grasp their unique warehousing needs, challenges, and goals.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Geek+ AMR products and solutions. Leverage your knowledge to design, tailor, and propose automation solutions that meet client specifications, budgetary limitations, and industry best practices.

• Prepare and present engaging presentations to clients, detailing the proposed solutions, associated benefits, return on investment (ROI), and project timelines.

• Coordinate robot-driven solution designs with general contractors and/or subcontractors involved in projects where designs interact with robotic solutions, potentially affecting overall warehouse and manufacturing logistics operations.

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and reports, encompassing solution architecture, diagrams, and system specifications.

• Offer automation roadmaps to clients based on their business growth and transformation strategies.

• Keep abreast of new trends, technologies, and best practices in warehousing automation to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is essential.

• Spanish language skills are a significant advantage, though not mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in warehousing automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Strong understanding of warehousing automation technologies and systems.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently as needed.

• Project management experience is beneficial.

• Familiarity with mainstream WMS/WES/WCS integration is a plus, though not required.

• Willingness to travel to client or project locations as necessary.
