This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales leadership to establish technical win strategies for high-value opportunities.
• Facilitate solution discovery sessions to gain insights into customer challenges, objectives, and criteria for success.
• Provide customized product demonstrations, discussions on solution architecture, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Convert customer business challenges into solution narratives connected to quantifiable outcomes.
• Ensure a consistent communication of OnePlan's value across strategy alignment, financial governance, capacity planning, and execution management.
• Assist in the smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams, including Customer Success and Professional Services.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SaaS PPM and SPM, encompassing portfolio financial management, resource and capacity planning, and delivery methodologies.
• Guide the positioning of OnePlan within the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools like Planner, Project, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Teams, as well as enterprise platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of OnePlan's product capabilities, integrations, roadmap, and application scenarios.
• Assist in standardizing solutions and validating technical aspects across enterprise opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product Management to offer structured field feedback and influence the prioritization of the roadmap.
• Participate in enablement initiatives, including demo standardization and competitive positioning.
• Contribute to customer events, webinars, and executive briefings as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including roles in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Strong domain knowledge in PPM, SPM, EPM, Agile at scale, or enterprise work management.
• Demonstrated success in supporting large and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, PMOs, or leaders of transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to link technology solutions to financial and strategic outcomes.
• Excellent skills in communication, storytelling, and presentations.

• Experience selling within or alongside the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Background in management consulting, enterprise PMO, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AI-driven planning, analytics, or decision support platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
