This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Deliver presentations that align the NiCE portfolio with the business challenges of customers.

• Identify all functional and technical challenges faced by assigned accounts.

• Manage and interpret customer requirements, employing astute questioning skills to understand, anticipate, and exceed customer expectations.

• Influence and educate clients on how NiCE’s solution will best meet their needs regarding ease of use, quality, benefits, and value.

• Take the lead in all technical aspects of the sales process.

• Assist in defining and executing successful proof of concepts (POC), when applicable.

• Actively engage in a team-oriented approach with account executives and overlay teams.

• Respond promptly to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

• Support and empower partners through training, co-selling, technical guidance, and solution positioning.

• Enable the partner community by sharing best practices, providing technical training, and participating in partner-focused events and forums.

• Drive partner pipeline growth by delivering strong business and technical messaging that supports partner sales initiatives.

• Over 7 years of experience supporting multiple software products (portfolio sales) and services in sophisticated accounts.

• More than 1 year of experience supporting Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions in enterprise accounts.

• Exceptional skills in presentation and demonstration.

• Experience in customizing and constructing storyboards for demos and POCs.

• Proven track record of achieving strategic deal wins.

• Capacity to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.

• Ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives to Agent/Front Line level employees.

• Experience collaborating with partners, including technical mentoring, enablement, and support for partner-led opportunities.
