Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and define customer challenges, creating high-impact technical solutions that demonstrate the ROI of Netomi’s platform.

• Design and implement agentic workflows that merge generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools to enhance experiences for our customers' end users.

• Create customized demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept utilizing the Netomi platform, tailored to specific client use cases.

• Develop, test, and optimize prompts and AI orchestration chains to improve performance, reasoning, and reliability across various use cases.

• Clearly and persuasively convey complex technical concepts to a range of audiences, from C-level executives to hands-on engineers.

• Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams, providing insights from customer interactions to shape roadmap priorities.

• Document and present solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for both internal use and client-facing references.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering position, preferably in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.

• Practical experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for creating integrations and automation logic.

• Demonstrated capability to design and communicate comprehensive technical solutions that align AI functionalities with business outcomes.

• Solid understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and data flow patterns.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.
