This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the technical exploration and design of intricate, large-scale CCaaS solutions.
• Design and showcase solutions that incorporate both embedded and third-party AI/ML services.
• Develop, tailor, and present engaging, high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Serve as the reliable technical advisor for the sales team and customer executives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the CCaaS sector.
• At least 8 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture position.
• 5+ years of experience with CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center solutions.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in designing and presenting modern cloud contact center reference architectures.
• Demonstrated capability to articulate the significance of AI in customer experience.
• Proficiency in mapping and designing comprehensive customer journeys.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts.
• Practical experience in creating and showcasing complex, data-driven workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities.
• Proficiency in local languages and English is essential.
