This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Advocate for the requests and expectations of partners and customers.
• Identify opportunities, assist in mapping the customer/partner journey, recognize risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide on-site technical support.
• Facilitate and lead technical discussions with partners and customers.
• Gather and analyze the needs of customers, partners, and the market.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with data center physical infrastructure and engineering.
• Experience in customer interactions, demonstrating exceptional focus and skills in customer success.
• Practical experience and comprehensive understanding of data center and equipment cooling needs.
• Familiarity with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
• Knowledge of server hardware components and their operations.
• Ability to assess and analyze the efficiency of currently deployed cooling systems.
