This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• You create innovative and comprehensive solution concepts that effectively merge customer experience, transformation, and the application of AI technologies.
• You assess customer needs and processes to pinpoint areas for optimization, converting these insights into persuasive proposals and tender documents.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you craft forward-thinking service and transformation models customized to meet specific customer requirements.
• You facilitate collaboration among business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure all components form a cohesive overall solution.
• You develop intricate concepts presented in a clear, well-structured, and visually appealing manner.
• You stay informed about current market and technology trends, actively contributing ideas and insights.
• Moreover, you take charge of the methodological advancement of our solution design strategies and engage in the ongoing enhancement of our operational models and best practices.
• A completed degree in economics, business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Several years of pertinent professional experience in Customer Care & Experience, Customer Service, (strategy) consulting, or solution design.
• A proven history of designing and executing multidisciplinary or cross-border solutions.
• A robust understanding of digital business models, contemporary CX technologies, automation, and the use of AI.
• Experience in developing complex solutions as well as drafting proposals and tender documents; ideally complemented by experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
• A confident demeanor, strong analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present complex concepts in a structured and visually appealing manner.
• A high level of initiative, a solution-oriented work approach, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and emerging technology trends.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
