Solution Architect, Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Empower and mentor partners, customers, and colleagues by sharing your expertise to facilitate their growth and success.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting strategic plans that foster innovation at national, regional, and city levels across various communities.

• Create engaging resources—such as presentations, blogs, and interactive notebooks—that align business strategy with the actual needs of government and communities.

• Work closely with customers’ technical teams, offering guidance and support throughout hands-on field trials and solution deployments.

• Advocate for the needs of customers and partners by assisting in the definition of product requirements and promoting enhancements that eliminate obstacles.

• Develop and showcase solutions based on NVIDIA’s innovative AI software and hardware technologies to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering fields, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of five years of proven experience in technical consulting, software development, or a related field.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and containers.

• Familiarity with Agentic and Generative AI, including domain tuning of large language models or deploying agentic and GenAI-based solutions.

• Strong ability to convey your ideas/code clearly through blog posts, kernels, and GitHub.

• Enjoy collaborating with various levels and teams across organizations (engineering/research, product, sales, and marketing teams).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with technical presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated with a vision for growth, possessing a genuine passion for continuous learning and sharing insights with the team.

• Unique qualifications include German or NATO security clearance.

• Previous consulting experience, particularly with AI, as well as experience in multi-modal AI, government, AI startups, AI at the edge, or working with digital twins.

• Development experience with NVIDIA software libraries and GPUs.

• Familiarity with CICD and MLOPS technologies for creating agentic systems, language models, computer vision, Digital Twins, or data analytics applications.

• Proficient communication skills in English and other key European languages, especially German or Polish.
