This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Lead the establishment of a Center of Excellence for our client.
• Define best practices, set architectural standards, and promote governance and operational excellence throughout enterprise-level Power Platform initiatives.
• Directly impact the consistency, quality, and scalability of solutions, creating a solid foundation for future GovTech and enterprise projects.
• Review and validate solution architecture in line with Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
• Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources.
• Identify hidden dependencies including SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, and custom scripts.
• Evaluate security settings at both environment and tenant levels, focusing on authentication and access control models.
• Analyze data connector usage to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Classify data and ensure compliance with retention, audit, and compliance policies.
• Assess performance and scalability, pinpointing bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
• Enhance Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and ensure the appropriate use of managed solutions.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure components.
• Validate licensing requirements and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide high-level risk assessments and outline urgent fixes, mid-term stabilization, and improvement strategies.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practices.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mapping.
• Strong knowledge of security models, authentication mechanisms, and tenant-level configurations.
• Experience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability analysis.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support models.
• Upper-Intermediate English level will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO.
• Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure.
