This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Power Platform initiatives.
• Define best practices, set architectural standards, and promote governance and operational excellence.
• Review and validate solution architecture in accordance with Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
• Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources.
• Identify hidden dependencies, including SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, and custom scripts.
• Assess security configurations at both environment and tenant levels, focusing on authentication and access control models.
• Analyze data connector usage to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Classify data while ensuring compliance with retention, audit, and compliance policies.
• Evaluate performance and scalability, pinpointing bottlenecks and recommending enhancements.
• Enhance Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to ensure the proper use of managed solutions.
• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms across applications, flows, connectors, and Azure components.
• Validate licensing requirements and recognize opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide high-level risk assessments and outline urgent fixes, mid-term stabilization, and improvement strategies.
• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practices.
• Practical experience in solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mapping.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security models, authentication frameworks, and tenant-level configurations.
• Experience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels.
• Background in performance optimization and scalability analysis.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend remediation strategies.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO.
• Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure are preferred.
