Solution Architect – Post-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison connecting Product/Engineering with our Customer Success teams.

• Manage the entire onboarding and integration processes — create reference architectures, verify data flows, and facilitate deployments within complex enterprise settings.

• Keep updated on industry developments and innovations in backend development to guide architectural choices.

• Partner with the product team to enhance product usability and onboarding experiences for customers.

• Convert field insights into impactful roadmap actions — transform requirements and challenges from Customer Success/Sales Engineering into precise specifications, priorities, and demonstrations for Product/R&D.

• Collaborate with colleagues to direct R&D in the platform’s evolution, offering insights and guidance at every level.

• Function as a reliable technical advisor both internally and externally, utilizing your product knowledge to foster significant development and customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in backend development using languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++.

• Demonstrated customer-facing orientation.

• Ability to articulate technical details and requirements to customers with varying levels of expertise and responsibility.

• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, a sense of ownership, and effective communication skills.

• Knowledge of Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).

• More than 5 years of experience, including at least 2 distinct roles.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a broader perspective while focusing on essential details.

• Willingness and capability to take on responsibilities and exert a significant influence.

• Experience in the field of cyber-security.
