Solution Architect – Post Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in navigating their journey with IP Fabric to ensure successful adoption and continuous value realization.

• Recognize the limitations of conventional network management methods and the potential of utilizing network data to revolutionize enterprises.

• Enhance and validate use cases and outcomes developed by the Pre-Sales team and set post-sales acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate training sessions and offer ongoing client support to maximize the effectiveness of the solutions implemented.

• Identify and cultivate customer advocates to promote long-term engagement.

• Create and draft clear and concise Statements of Work (SOWs) that detail project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

• Oversee project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Travel occasionally for company meetings, industry events, and customer visits (once to three times per quarter).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in post-sales engagements or professional services related to enterprise B2B hardware or software solutions, preferably in the networking domain (Network Observability, Network Monitoring, Network Security, Network Automation, etc.).

• A customer-centric approach with a consultative mindset towards solution delivery.

• A background in network engineering or architecture, with a solid understanding of networking technologies and protocols.

• Experience in professional services roles, including project scoping, SOW development, and solution implementation.

• Familiarity with server virtualization technologies.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages and APIs.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple customer engagements at once.
