This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of our Corporate IT team, translating business goals and functional needs into comprehensive end-to-end solutions within our MS Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Depending on your location, you will either collaborate with your team at our headquarters in Erkrath twice a week or have the flexibility to work up to 100% remotely.
• You will be accountable for the solution architecture and overall design that spans multiple systems (CRM, ERP, Dataverse).
• Additionally, you will assess and enhance existing processes and system landscapes, focusing on the scalability of the D365 system environment.
• Your responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating requirements to aid in make-or-buy decisions in the D365 context, employing established standards and best practices.
• Furthermore, you will propose solutions considering sustainability, maintainability, scalability, and total cost of ownership, while also assessing technical and functional risks relating to the solution architecture.
• You will serve as a collaborative partner for business stakeholders, product owners, and IT representatives to develop and align solution options and ensure technical feasibility.
• You will facilitate decision-making processes and escalations, as well as lead workshops and decision meetings.
• It will be your duty to define and uphold functional guardrails, as well as enforce standards and best practices for the ongoing development of the D365 landscape.
• You possess a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• You possess strong expertise in both the CRM and ideally the ERP sectors of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• You bring a thorough understanding of end-to-end business processes and their representation in CRM and ERP systems.
• You also have experience in solution architecture and working with integration scenarios, Dataverse, and associated systems.
• You are skilled at analyzing complex business requirements and articulating them clearly.
• You confidently engage as a collaborative partner at both management and IT levels.
• To ensure effective communication within your team, you have excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
