Solution Architect, Java, GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• You will take on the role of architect for a major client in the banking sector.

• This position offers 100% remote work.

• You will lead teams at both technical and organizational levels.

• You will be responsible for transforming business needs into robust, scalable architectures that align with corporate standards, ensuring technical quality and long-term sustainability.

• You will collaborate with development, product, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure that solutions adhere to the technical, regulatory, and security principles specific to the financial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the design or development of complex enterprise applications, preferably in banking.

• Desirable involvement in technology transformation programs or platform modernization.

• Proficiency in microservices and Java.

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Familiarity with containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, repositories, and artifact management: Jenkins, Bitbucket.

• Experience in integration and processing: Kafka/AMQ/MSK, batch/streaming pipelines, and ingestion optimization.

• Understanding of observability: logs, metrics, distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Experience with supervised, unsupervised models, and time series analysis.

• Knowledge of batch/streaming scoring architectures integrated via APIs or events.

• Familiarity with MLOps: CI/CD/CT, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.

• Knowledge of GenAI: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and secure prompt management.

• Understanding of model risk, explainability (XAI), and regulatory compliance.
