Solution Architect – Finance Transformation, ERP Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive ERP and financial solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and operational strategies.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and convert intricate business needs into scalable system architectures.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to enhance essential business processes.

• Guide solution decisions regarding: Financial management, Revenue recognition, Multi-book accounting, Costing and inventory valuation, Consolidation and reporting, as well as Compliance and controls.

• Assess integrations, automation prospects, and system implications across the enterprise landscape.

• Produce high-quality solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional specifications.

• Mentor consultants and promote best practices throughout projects and delivery teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor during digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust background in Finance, Accounting, or ERP consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting enterprise solutions within ERP frameworks, with NetSuite experience being a bonus.

• Capability to bridge business strategy with technical implementation.

• Experience in leading complex conversations with both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting, and the optimization of business processes.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, client-facing settings.

• Bonus Points If You Have Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, SaaS, or multi-subsidiary environments.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms such as Boomi.

• Experience with global implementations, compliance frameworks, or transformation initiatives.

• ERP certifications or accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.).
