Solution Architect – Energy & Utilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You convert Nagarro’s technological prowess (such as cloud, AI, cyber security, IoT) into strategic industry solutions.

• You analyze market trends and customer requirements across the entire Energy & Utilities value chain, crafting compelling value propositions.

• You guide interdisciplinary expert teams through intricate tender processes.

• You organize our service portfolio for the energy sector and create scalable solution approaches ("assets").

• You serve as a diplomatic facilitator within our matrix organization, coordinating resources and ensuring that customers perceive Nagarro as a cohesive partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• An in-depth understanding of the energy sector (Energy & Utilities) and the key transformation drivers (decarbonization, digitalization, decentralization).

• The capability to abstract technical concepts and communicate their economic value ("business value") across various segments (renewables, trading, grid, retail).

• Proven experience in business development, consulting, or solution management for intricate IT/engineering solutions.

• Excellent Communication Skills: You are fluent in both “business” and “technology,” enabling you to engage effectively with business leaders and IT architects alike.

• Orchestration Skills: You thrive in agile matrix structures and know how to guide experts from diverse disciplines toward a unified objective.

• Languages: You confidently communicate and navigate our international Nagarro network in both English and German.
