Solution Architect – Digital Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing expert consultation to our clients and independently designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions based on the TIVITY platform.

• Creating comprehensive solutions, from conceptualization and detailed user stories to mockups and the final product.

• Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success.

• Conducting in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative and market-leading software solutions.

• Facilitating workshops to find solutions for technically complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science.

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in similar roles.

• Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.

• Experience in managing activities and/or projects.

• Background in change, release, and test management.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, along with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.

• Experience working with distributed teams and remote working setups, with a dedicated office space and good infrastructure in place.

• High customer orientation, personal responsibility, planning and organizational skills, as well as determination to achieve goals.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) along with fluent German and English language skills.

• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner enhances your profile but is not mandatory.
