This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create comprehensive Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop architectural blueprints encompassing data models, integrations, and customizations of the platform.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
• Capable of proposing solutions for multi-cloud projects with an emphasis on B2B Commerce.
• Able to advise clients on integration strategies from a functional viewpoint.
• Provide technical direction to development teams regarding best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce capabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Identify potential risks and suggest strategies for mitigation.
• Possess expert skills in B2B Commerce Cloud development and Salesforce Automations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Work alongside project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct technical presentations and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess emerging Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable architectural patterns and best practices.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally in B2B Commerce Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including integrations, data modeling, and custom development.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, APIs, Lightning Components, and Apex development.
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce business processes within a B2B context.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect, Application Architect) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Consumer Goods Industry is a bonus.
• Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales activities is considered an asset.
