This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• You create innovative and comprehensive solution concepts that seamlessly blend customer experience, transformation, and the application of AI technologies.
• You assess customer needs and processes to pinpoint areas for optimization, translating these findings into persuasive proposals and tender documentation.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you design forward-thinking service and transformation models tailored to the specific requirements of each customer.
• You oversee collaboration with business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams to unify all components into a cohesive overall solution.
• You prepare intricate concepts presented in a well-structured and visually appealing manner.
• You continuously track current market and technology trends, proactively contributing innovative ideas.
• Additionally, you take charge of the methodological advancement of our solution design approaches and actively engage in the ongoing optimization of our process models and best practices.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Customer Care & Experience, Customer Service, (strategy) consulting, or solution design.
• A proven track record in designing and implementing multidisciplinary and/or cross-border solutions.
• A solid understanding of digital business models, contemporary CX technologies, automation, and the application of AI.
• Experience in crafting complex solutions and preparing proposals and tender documentation; ideally supported by experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
• A confident demeanor, strong analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to structure and present complex concepts attractively.
• High self-motivation, a solutions-oriented work style, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and current technology trends.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
