Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, providing comprehensive solutions that fulfill client needs.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops to understand client requirements and convert them into technical designs.

• Deploy solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and additional components.

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms via APIs, custom scripts, and tools such as MuleSoft or tailored ETL solutions.

• Establish and uphold best practices, guidelines, and compliance standards for implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of superior technical solutions that align with client expectations.

• Cultivate trusting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and pinpointing opportunities for further collaboration.

• Articulate complex technical concepts in a straightforward and concise manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization...).

• Proficient understanding of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.

• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS).

• Capability to conduct technical debt assessments and optimize high-volume SQL queries and SSJS scripts.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with security, compliance, and industry best practices.
