This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create, develop, and execute innovative Conversational AI solutions for clients and partners.

• Oversee high-impact initiatives and provide in-depth technical expertise.

• Ensure that clients extract the utmost value from the platform.

• Lead intricate projects from pilot and Proof of Concept (PoC) stages to full deployment.

• Offer state-of-the-art technical solutions and address advanced technical challenges.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business development and share valuable insights.

• Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and share best practices to empower clients and partners.

• Create detailed technical documentation and ensure the resolution of complex issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven proficiency with Cognigy or similar Conversational AI platforms.

• Demonstrated success in resolving complex technical issues.

• Strong ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Excellent skills in effectively communicating technical concepts.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.

• Front-End Design skills in HTML and CSS.

• Back-End Development experience with server-side applications and data manipulation.
