This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversees the installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs related to the technology and business process solutions purchased or outsourced by clients.
• A senior team member who assists clients in managing initial access, mapping, transferring data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users.
• Addresses complex client issues as they emerge.
• Develops dynamic solutions using Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools during the configuration or extension of nCino, while effectively communicating the trade-offs involved.
• Plays a significant role in fit/gap analysis and provides detailed Level of Effort (LOE) for all configuration and customization options based on practical experience or proof of concept (POC).
• Aids in proactively preventing potential downstream issues in design through an in-depth understanding of the nCino data model, intended functionalities, and automation points.
• Capable of resolving non-PDI technical issues.
• Delivers comprehensive solutions for user experience (UX) and application security utilizing nCino and Salesforce tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Comprehends and communicates the value of strategy, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and the best practices for versioning, deployment, and release management.
• Has a solid understanding of common integrations, utilized tools, nCino impact, and APIs, with specialization in a specific area.
• Fosters collaboration across teams aimed at providing product configuration that enhances the end-user experience.
• Promotes continuous learning and is adept at defining a personalized continuous learning path that aids in career development.
• Utilizes AI tools and techniques to improve work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to enhance accuracy, save time, and reduce errors.
• Leverages AI-driven insights to refine decision-making processes, enhance customer experiences, and increase team productivity, ensuring that its application provides measurable value, fosters innovation, and encourages smarter working methods.
• Remains updated on advancements in AI to promote continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.
• Generally requires at least 8 years of relevant experience/proficiency along with a bachelor's degree;
• Salesforce Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment;
• Salesforce App Builder certification, or the ability to secure it within 12 months of employment;
• Salesforce certifications in Data, Sharing and Visibility, Development Lifecycle and Deployment, or Integration Architect, or the ability to obtain one within 24 months of employment;
• Experience in declarative automation/tooling solutioning;
• Proficient in data management modeling, querying (SQL, SOQL, SOSL), conversion, and integration using commonly used middleware tools in the industry;
• Familiarity with Agile project methodology and/or Enterprise project life cycles and associated tools;
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud/Sales Cloud or core Salesforce CRM objects;
• Knowledge of AutoRabit, Copado, SFX;
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Jira;
• Experience with large financial institutions, especially related to Loan Origination/Servicing Systems and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
