This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive the design and execution of voice solutions on the Google Platform.
• Manage new projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices, scalability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solutions that meet enterprise environments and business objectives.
• Establish and advocate for best practices, reusable design patterns, and architectural standards.
• Produce clear and concise documentation, encompassing backend integration specifications, details of business logic implementation, and high-level architectural designs.
• Determine the necessary APIs (including analysis and onboarding, API request/response structures, and DTO classes) and create high-level designs for middleware teams to facilitate the development of middleware services.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to assist in the implementation of proposed solutions.
• Actively engage with external teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Optimize voice solutions for peak performance, utilizing best practices in configuration and AI/ML-driven speech recognition systems.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in voice-based solutions and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow CX and large language models (LLM).
• Proven experience in designing secure and scalable backend integrations.
• 3–4 years of practical experience in Python for backend development, API creation, automation, and integration of conversational AI solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of IVR/bot systems.
• Strong understanding of voice solution architecture, including VXML, ASR, and NLP-based interactions.
• Expertise in API development, API integrations, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, certificates), and data mapping.
• Competent in managing the transfer and storage of conversational data across platforms.
• Practical experience designing call flows using Visio or Idraw.io.
• Design and documentation skills tailored to fulfill the specific business needs of enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Nice to have: Practical experience in developing and implementing solutions in Google CCAI.
• Background in AI-driven speech processing and conversational AI solutions.
• Previous experience in an Agile development environment.
