This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Hands-on engineering — develop full stack applications utilizing NodeJS, Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS.

• AI-driven engineering leadership — leverage modern AI coding tools as a power user.

• Engineering best practices — establish and maintain standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Cross-functional teamwork — engage in ongoing communication with the Value Builder, Project Managers, and partner specialists.

• Over 7 years of experience in full stack development, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Demonstrated experience managing the technical aspects of projects from start to finish.

• Core technical expertise: NodeJS and its primary backend frameworks.

• Proficient in Python as a primary backend language.

• Experience with React and TypeScript for contemporary frontend development.

• Familiarity with AWS, including IaC using AWS CDK.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

• Competence in Git and modern development methodologies.

• Proven ability to work with AI coding tools effectively.
