Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Solution Architect (all genders), you will facilitate the technical sales journey — from the initial concept through to the proof of concept.

• You will be responsible for providing technical sales support — from the first discussions to a successful PoC.

• Create and deliver customized solution concepts in line with specific customer needs.

• Serve as the market's voice within the organization, ensuring that insights from customer projects are integrated into product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

• Develop specialized technical content for sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

• Conduct independent analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes, deriving actionable recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of industrial IT and OT environments (e.g., cloud architectures, MES, IIoT).

• Experience in consulting or consultative selling of intricate technical products.

• A structured approach to work, a high degree of personal accountability, and excellent communication abilities.

• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Additional advantage for experience with (industrial) communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet).
