This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop comprehensive Agentic solutions utilizing Iris.ai’s products tailored for our Enterprise clients: create modular pipelines that integrate Data Ingestion, RAG, LLM evaluation, and autonomous decision-making into unified workflows that deliver tangible value to the client.
• Rapid prototyping - swiftly generate proof-of-concepts, conduct benchmarks on accuracy and reasoning capabilities, and iterate based on real-world client data.
• Integration and deployment - Collaborate with the Tech team to implement, orchestrate, and oversee AI Agents in production settings.
• Client engagement - Translate customer needs into technical designs, facilitate technical discussions with the Client, and offer best-practice recommendations for AI integration.
• Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with sales managers, product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to ensure architecture aligns with product vision and user requirements.
• Foster innovation by exploring new strategies with clients and introducing fresh ideas to the product team.
• Ensure client systems prioritize performance and reliability, making them scalable, testable, and maintainable.
• Excel in a remote-first, agile environment, contributing significantly within a distributed, high-tech team.
• Commit to continuous learning — we will provide you with the space, mentorship, and resources necessary for your growth as an AI engineer.
• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing, product-oriented roles - preferably in AI/ML or data-centric platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of LLMs & RAG - with at least 1 year of hands-on experience (prompt engineering / retrieval pipelines / evaluation metrics).
• Strong software engineering capabilities: proficient in Python, API design, and microservices.
• Cloud expertise: capable of designing and managing scalable services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid background in web development (Django/Flask/REST).
• Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset: possesses strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and a willingness to address ambiguous challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative atmosphere.
• Proficiency in English.
