This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct weekly grower meetings during the spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings each season).
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach, referrals, and strategic territory management.
• Communicate soil health concepts in a peer-oriented, trust-building manner to groups of 5–20 growers.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide a top-tier field experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for grower engagement and onboarding processes.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and deliver timely follow-ups regarding grower commitments.
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to promote pod success.
• Continuously enhance agronomic and sales communication skills through Thrive Hive enablement programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively engage with both small and large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual.
• Experience working directly with farmers.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
• Enthusiasm for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; knowledge of soil health is preferred but can be taught.
• Valid Driver’s License.
