This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Define, develop, and sustain commercial software and service offerings leveraging Aspire capabilities, including ATAP, Oracle Unified Assurance, AI, Automation, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.
• Convert customer challenges and market demands into scalable, market-ready offerings that deliver clear value propositions and business outcomes.
• Assist Sales teams in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating software-led business opportunities.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their business, operational, and technical requirements, aligning Aspire solutions accordingly.
• Design comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs and support Aspire's strategic goals, collaborating with Sales, CTO, and Operations.
• Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations to effectively position Aspire's solutions and services.
• Create solution proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), business cases, and ROI models to aid in opportunity development and deal closure.
• Lead and support RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, ensuring technical compliance and differentiation for Aspire's offerings.
• Identify opportunities to transform bespoke customer engagements into repeatable solutions, managed services, and recurring revenue offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CTO, and Operations to enhance Aspire's software portfolio and solutions roadmap.
• Work with Oracle and other strategic technology partners to develop joint solutions and bolster go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive developments to uncover new growth opportunities and innovative software, AI, and automation solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software solutions, telecommunications, cloud, automation, observability, or related technology domains.
• At least 5 years in a customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Development Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and positioning intricate software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in translating customer requirements into solution architectures, Statements of Work, proposals, and business cases.
• Experience in developing or packaging commercial offerings and launching new solutions to the market.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, digital infrastructure, and operational support systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with network automation, assurance, observability, analytics, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with Oracle Unified Assurance or similar software ecosystems is also an advantage.
