Software Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete solution design for enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and contemporary front-end frameworks.

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their business objectives, reveal technical limitations, and develop solutions that balance innovation, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Establish system architectures, integration patterns, data flows, and strategies for cloud deployment.

• Spot opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into solutions, encompassing LLM-driven features, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Produce architectural documentation, including diagrams, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.

• Lead engineering teams through the implementation process, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

• Assess new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools to shape solution strategies.

• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders from the client side.

• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise requirements pertaining to security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Provide mentorship to technical leads and engineers, nurturing a culture of technical excellence and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with extensive expertise in Java full-stack development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting intricate distributed systems and enterprise applications.

• High level of proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML services or crafting AI-enhanced product functionalities.

• Strong comprehension of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), as well as containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exceptional communication skills and client engagement capabilities, with the ability to convey technical concepts as clear business value.

• Experience in leading technical discussions, workshops, and making architectural decisions.

• Capability to balance in-depth technical knowledge with high-level solution strategy.
