Software Manager, SAP FICO – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of a variety of interconnected, cross-functional projects through established practices and a release plan.

• Facilitate alignment meetings with senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that release schedules are in sync with business objectives.

• Convey the release roadmap to a wider audience of internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise the operational duties necessary for delivering projects and software releases, adhering to MDLZ's best practices in project governance and release governance.

• Oversee project scope management, review and approval processes, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, governance boards for releases, and final preparations for project and release go-lives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in extensive SAP ERP implementations, specifically with SAP FICO.

• Strong experience collaborating with business process leads to refine functional requirements and suggest standard SAP solutions.

• Extensive experience in gathering and optimizing abstract business requirements and converting them into WRICEF objects for development.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams operating concurrently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at working effectively with global teams.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities—capable of clear and concise communication and proficient in evaluating information/data to make informed decisions, foresee challenges, and develop resolutions, as well as create actionable strategies and operational plans.

• Solid understanding of business processes, alongside the capability to effectively collaborate with functional managers to manage the portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.

• Proficiency in English, with advanced conversational skills and effective communication required.
