• Serve as the primary implementation liaison on the project team, translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and objectives to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead comprehensive business discovery sessions and formulate recommendations to execute a delivery strategy that will enhance outcomes and deliver value.
• Convert technical requirements into actionable system configuration setups, which are more complex than entry-level tasks.
• Establish and nurture strong, successful customer relationships by employing exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong partnerships to develop implementation strategies that account for impacts on their business and daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including configuration and training specialists, to design and implement high-quality implementation plans that are timely and support customer satisfaction.
• Work in conjunction with the project team to proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and successful implementation.
• Lead, influence, advise, and support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans.
• Develop and maintain expertise and knowledge across multiple product offerings, including an understanding of the end-to-end solution and product value outcomes.
• Travel to customer on-site locations as necessary to lead and facilitate meetings and presentations.
• Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience in consulting within a software organization, performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations to enhance business value and outcomes.
• Proven track record of working on a multi-resource project team, effectively balancing milestones and objectives on schedule.
• Demonstrated accountability for projects, showing initiative and delivering on commitments to achieve customer objectives.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, transforming them into customer solution value.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks to deliver on time, and adapting priorities while sharing client insights flexibly.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
• Results-oriented with a proactive attitude, showcasing adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare market.
