📋 Description

• The implementation and support process at Tango encompasses requirements gathering, design, configuration/build, testing and remediation, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Our Services and Support teams based in Bangalore collaborate closely with Tango's teams in the US and engage with clients worldwide.

• The position entails responsibilities in several areas including system design and configuration.

• Involvement in report design and development.

• Conducting testing activities.

• Managing data conversion tasks.

• Designing integration solutions.

• Providing support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree specializing in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related computer disciplines.

• 3 to 6 years of pertinent consulting experience within the technology solutions delivery sector for medium to large scale projects.

• Proficiency in using Jira, Zendesk, and comparable tools.

• Significant experience in system implementation, reporting, back-end database management (for example, Oracle, Teradata), and/or ETL interfacing technologies (such as Informatica, SSIS).

• Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
