This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Create and sustain campaign microsites, landing pages, and lead-generation tools for client accounts.
• Develop and incorporate marketing technology platforms, including analytics, CRM connectors, and ad platform APIs.
• Design and implement high-performing, accessible, and brand-aligned digital experiences that meet agency quality standards.
• Assist the Creative and Brand Manager teams with the technical execution of campaign concepts.
• Construct and manage the agency's internal data layer, integrating sources such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, project management tools, and internal systems.
• Transform prototypes into production-quality, well-documented systems with a focus on durability and scalability.
• Create AI-driven interfaces and workflows that enable non-technical users to engage with complex data intuitively.
• Help establish and maintain architecture standards, security protocols, and performance metrics across the agency.
• Work collaboratively with the Internal Technology Lead and external development partners on system architecture, code reviews, and delivery strategies.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services into both client-facing and internal applications.
• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems to facilitate continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and clearly communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the agency's advancing technology strategy, especially in relation to AI, automation, and data infrastructure.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications across client and internal product offerings.
• Build, manage, and enhance data pipelines that collect, transform, and present data from various sources across the agency and its clients.
• Create and integrate LLM-based features and workflows into internal tools, including multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool utilization, and guardrail implementation.
• Operate autonomously on intricate technical challenges, making informed decisions even with incomplete information when necessary.
• Engage in architecture and design discussions, contributing to decisions that optimize technical quality while adhering to business timelines.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments on GCP and Vercel, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of engineering excellence, documentation, and continuous enhancement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional full-stack development experience, accompanied by a portfolio that showcases quality, durability, and sound engineering judgment across real-world systems.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple sources — ideally including marketing or advertising data platforms like Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM-based development, including workflows, multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool usage, and guardrail implementation.
• Direct experience with the agency's core stack — GCP, Vercel, Supabase — is a significant advantage; equivalent experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Postgres-based platforms, and edge deployment environments will also be valued.
• Experience in advertising, marketing technology, or agency settings is a notable advantage and will be positively regarded.
• Proven ability to transform internal prototypes or proof-of-concept systems into production-ready, well-documented, maintainable applications.
• Full-stack engineering expertise + data + AI (all three are required).
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong skills in React or Next.js for frontend development.
• Backend development experience with REST APIs, serverless functions, or Node.js services.
• Database design and querying experience — PostgreSQL/Supabase is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure management on GCP and/or Vercel.
• Security-aware development practices, including authentication, authorization, secrets management, and data protection.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and participation in code reviews.
• Experience constructing data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured sources.
• Integration experience with advertising and analytics APIs such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GA4, and similar platforms.
• Experience in LLM-based application development, including prompt engineering, workflows, tool usage, and guardrail design.
• Ability to make complex data queryable and actionable for non-technical users through well-designed interfaces.
• Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and query optimization at significant scale.
