Software Engineering AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Contributors will be responsible for designing and executing multi-file coding tasks that include bug fixes, feature enhancements, refactoring, and testing.

• Produce clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Create and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and expected outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced professional proficiency in written English.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and work through large, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
