Software Engineering AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that involve bug fixing, feature enhancements, refactoring, and testing.

• Draft precise natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Build and expand unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure that specifications, code, and expected results are in alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and work with large, multi-file codebases.

• Experience conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
