Software Engineer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain distributed backend services that function effectively at scale with high availability.

• Design and advance APIs as well as integrations between platform systems and partner teams.

• Model and enhance data solutions on both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring optimal performance and consistency.

• Construct event-driven architectures for dependable large-scale data processing.

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of production releases through automated tests, observability, safe deployments, and comprehensive code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural choices and the ongoing technical advancement and engineering standards of the team.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from refinement and technical design to operation and production monitoring.

• Collaborate across various domains (Product, Data, Platform, and partner teams), offering work visibility and influencing solutions driven by data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development, ideally with .NET / C#.

• Proficient in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) as well as non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Familiarity with APIs/services in a production environment and at scale.

• Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).

• Strong commitment to quality: automated tests, thorough code reviews, and careful production deployments.

• Ability to independently drive deliveries and maintain clear communication with the team and stakeholders.
