Software Engineer – Martech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure system reliability and quality: Develop and maintain code with high standards, focusing on availability, security, data integrity, and the prevention of recurring incidents.

• Deliver consistent value: Build comprehensive, tested functionalities that align with the actual product needs, balancing speed and technical robustness.

• Make informed technical decisions: Evaluate trade-offs considering performance, maintainability, security, cost, and business impact, while avoiding over-engineering.

• Collaborate and unblock the team: Engage collaboratively in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions, taking collective responsibility for the squad's outcomes.

• Co-create solutions with Product and Data: Technically contribute to scope definition, assessing feasibility, risks, and alternatives before development begins.

• Contribute to architectural evolution: Identify technical debts, bottlenecks, and opportunities for structural improvement, actively participating in architectural advancement.

• Adopt an AI-first mindset: Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and quality while maintaining technical responsibility over decisions and architecture.

• Communicate with clarity and accountability: Maintain transparency regarding deliveries, risks, and blockers, documenting relevant decisions and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development for digital products.

• Experience in SaaS environments, data-driven platforms, or high-criticality systems is a plus.

• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, system integration, and best engineering practices.

• Familiarity with data-driven digital products is advantageous.

• Strong interest in learning functional programming languages.

• Knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, version control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

• Solid experience in observability and performance analysis.

• Responsible use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
