Software Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Design and implement scalable full-stack applications and services.

• Lead the development of intricate technical initiatives and features.

• Create scalable APIs and distributed systems.

• Leverage AI coding agents to enhance software quality and engineering efficiency.

• Design and optimize internal engineering automation workflows.

• Contribute to best practices in AI-driven development.

• Participate in the architecture of cloud-native and distributed systems.

• Evaluate scalability, performance, security, and reliability factors.

• Support modernization projects within engineering systems.

• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Leadership teams.

• Engage in technical planning and architecture discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in: TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, C# / .NET.

• Significant frontend experience with: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular.

• Experience in building scalable APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools in production environments.

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native systems.

• Strong comprehension of software architecture and engineering best practices.

• English proficiency: Advanced / C1 preferred.
