Software Engineer II – Full Stack

📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer II - Full Stack, you will function as an individual contributor within a team, receiving support and guidance from leadership to achieve goals related to scope, schedule, and delivery requirements.

• You will estimate and execute development tasks, which include coding, gathering requirements, and conducting analysis, all with a moderate level of feedback and guidance from your team.

• Your responsibilities will involve debugging, optimizing, maintaining, and monitoring your work across both test and production environments.

• You will develop tests, monitoring/instrumentation, analytics, and make changes to the deployment pipeline as needed for the specific task.

• Participation in on-call rotations with your team will be expected as necessary.

• You will enhance your technical and communication skills, gaining context about related areas.

• Engaging in planning sessions to build an understanding of major architectures and design patterns will be part of your role.

• You will actively engage in design discussions and ask questions to deepen your understanding of technical trade-offs, interactions, and system dependencies.

• You will develop influential skills to facilitate tactical decision-making and assist in onboarding new developers.

• A comprehension of other roles and practices will be exhibited, including their intended collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Containers, AWS, GitLab, and Terraform.

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Selenium, Figma, and the implementation of Design System components.
