This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Estimates and executes development tasks, which include coding, gathering requirements, and conducting analysis, while receiving moderate feedback and guidance from the team.
• Debugs, optimizes, maintains, and monitors their work in both testing and production environments.
• Develops testing protocols, monitoring/instrumentation, analytics, and deployment pipeline modifications as necessary for specific tasks.
• Participates in on-call rotations with the team as required.
• Enhances technical and communication skills, acquiring context regarding surrounding areas.
• Engages in planning sessions to build an understanding of key architectures and design patterns.
• Actively contributes to design discussions and poses questions to comprehend technical trade-offs, interactions, and system dependencies.
• Cultivates influential skills to facilitate tactical decision-making and support the onboarding process for new developers.
• Demonstrates an understanding of other roles and practices, including how they are designed to collaborate.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
• Relevant years of experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Proficient in technical stacks pertinent to the program, while also learning about related specialties.
