Software Engineer II – Consumer Lending Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features on the Consumer platform.

• Work on both frontend and backend areas of the product.

• Contribute to both legacy components and modern parts of the tech stack.

• Develop using C#/.NET, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and established scrum teams.

• Adhere to coding standards, commit conventions, and best engineering practices.

• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Support modernization initiatives for a robust and long-standing platform.

• Diagnose issues, perform debugging, and contribute to product stability.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance personal and team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience with C#/.NET and modern web development.

• Familiarity with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments, preferably Azure.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and willingness to receive technical guidance.

• Ability to ask insightful questions, document processes, and adhere to established standards.

• Genuine interest in coding, maintaining, and improving existing products.

• Solid conversational English skills.
