This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a centralized reliability command center that provides teams with a cohesive overview of system health, risks, and reliability across various services and environments.
• Design AI agents that assist with incident triage, root-cause analysis, log and trace summarization, as well as recommending subsequent actions.
• Create user-friendly developer-oriented features and APIs that empower engineers to explore data, troubleshoot issues, and enhance their decision-making processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot-like applications) to prototype, refine, and deliver high-quality code swiftly.
• Manage projects from inception to completion: encompassing requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iterative improvements based on feedback.
• Work closely with partner teams (including product, infrastructure, data, and SRE) to identify challenges and convert them into straightforward, effective solutions.
• This role necessitates either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python, along with experience in architecting data-heavy applications and robust APIs.
• Problem-solving skills and product insight: you prioritize understanding the 'what' and 'why' over just the 'how.' You can take vague requirements and quickly iterate toward a functional solution.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor, Claude, or similar, and a passion for utilizing them to accelerate feature development.
• Practical experience with LLMs or AI frameworks to improve automation and provide guidance with appropriate safeguards and citations.
