Software Engineer – IAM, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to oversee IAM SaaS solutions like Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.

• Design and implement custom services in Rust to enhance and adapt SaaS capabilities, improving automation of Prima’s processes.

• Focus on enhancing the end-user experience of IAM platforms by developing automated request workflows, internal procedures, documentation, and configuring user-facing features of SaaS platforms.

• Maintain IaC and software libraries, abstractions, and documentation to facilitate the developer experience for other engineering teams implementing IAM solutions.

• Collaborate with the Security and People teams to advance Prima’s core identity and access model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on IAM solutions.

• Familiarity with Okta or other IAM SaaS solutions.

• Knowledge of automation tools and IaC frameworks, such as Pulumi.

• Strong coding skills, preferably in Rust and Python.

• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Preferred: Experience as a Software Engineer with a specialization in IAM within the Insurance sector.
