This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Create and implement features for a top-tier Customer Experience Platform utilized by our internal CX agents.
β’ Develop services and interfaces that present pertinent customer data and facilitate administrative actions for Buyers, Sellers, and internal business partners.
β’ Connect the platform with internal systems of record, in addition to third-party ticketing and AI solutions.
β’ Work collaboratively with engineers from various teams to manage dependencies and deliver high-quality software punctually.
β’ Collaborate with Cloud Platform & Site Reliability Engineering to guarantee the platform's security, reliability, and performance.
β’ Recognize opportunities to streamline redundant technologies and applications, contributing to a solid foundation for future expansion.
β’ At least 5+ years of software development experience in large-scale, high-volume systems utilizing a microservice-based architecture.
β’ Strong expertise in C#. Candidates with robust Java experience who are willing to transition to C# are also encouraged to apply.
β’ Familiarity with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
β’ Experience in full-stack development, comfortable working across backend services and user-facing interfaces.
β’ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
