Software Engineer – C#, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a small, agile software development team that interfaces with all departments.

• Enhance and expand our cloud-based software solution developed on .NET 9 and Microsoft Azure.

• Assume responsibility for the complete lifecycle of our systems adhering to the “You build it, you run it” principle.

• Oversee our systems and dashboards, conducting root-cause analyses to continuously improve our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of experience in developing and maintaining cloud-based web applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

• Proficient in software development with .NET (C#).

• Experience with handling large volumes of data.

• An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work.

• High initiative and excellent communication skills, including the capacity to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Ideally, experience in developing web applications in C# (MVC, Razor Pages, Blazor).

• Familiarity with developing APIs using .NET.

• Experience in integrating database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Redis).

• Experience in implementing cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.

• Knowledge of data streaming with Apache Kafka.

• Experience in building continuous integration pipelines and using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
