Software Engineer, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• As a vital backend engineer, you will work on production-quality microservices, APIs, and services that drive Superform’s onchain financial offerings.

• Assist in constructing scalable backend systems that interface with onchain infrastructure.

• Design and develop backend APIs, services, and real-time data pipelines that link applications to onchain systems.

• Collaborate with researchers to enhance strategy performance, automate rebalancing, and implement account abstraction flows.

• Uphold high standards for reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for DeFi.

• Experience in production environments with Go.

• Familiarity with SQL and scalable data storage solutions such as Postgres, ClickHouse, or Dagster.

• Proficient understanding of blockchain concepts — including vault products, subgraphs, JSON-RPC/Web3, and basic Solidity.

• Availability to overlap from 09:00 to 13:00 ET for standup meetings and pair programming sessions.

• Capability to meet SLA standards, encompassing 24×7 uptime expectations.

• Experience in asset management or traditional finance (Nice to Have).

• Extensive knowledge of on-chain data indexing or real-time market data feeds (Nice to Have).

• Previous experience with account abstraction or smart-contract wallets (Nice to Have).
