This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical leadership for large-scale and intricate architectural solutions.

• Ensuring that software solutions align with business requirements and integrate seamlessly with the customer’s enterprise architecture.

• Converting customer needs into detailed software specifications.

• Creating solution designs utilizing CSG products that comply with the technological, financial, and operational constraints of the project, while meeting quality standards for performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Conducting thorough technical evaluations and code reviews to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

• Offering technical direction and leadership to the delivery teams executing your solution, ensuring that it reflects your architectural vision, is completed on time, and meets quality benchmarks.

• Acting as a product owner when necessary within a self-organizing, high-performing team.

• Engaging in ongoing client stakeholder management and consultation to ensure alignment with your solution throughout the delivery process.

• Contributing to the CSG delivery methodology to foster continuous improvements in operational practices.

• Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutions continually.

• A background in software development.

• Experience in designing solutions for enterprise clients built on a core product platform.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn new techniques to address longstanding challenges.

• Familiarity with the Telecommunications Industry.

• Experience in professional services or consulting.

• Skilled in creating software design and architecture diagrams.

• Proficient in software design patterns and architectural frameworks.

• Capable of designing and documenting software systems and solutions.

• Leading architectural discussions and making informed decisions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to mentor junior architects and developers.
