Social Worker, Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to deliver services to the senior population.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods and collaborate with your team to create, personalize, and revise treatment plans.

• Ensure compliant documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines within a specified timeframe.

• Our primary focus is on group therapy, but services also include:

• Individual sessions.

• Family therapy as needed.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid license in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; this may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required.

• Demonstrate kindness and accountability in your work to improve the quality of life for our patients – required.
